Return, Exchange & Order Policy

At Stacked With Purpose, every piece is handmade with care, checked closely in our studio, and — for pieces with a Word In Due Season — prayed over before it reaches you. Whether you found us online or at one of our in-person events, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we're always happy to help — just email us and we'll walk you through it.

Return Window
You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to submit a return or exchange request by email — please have your receipt and order number ready. This is why it's so important to check your item as soon as it arrives.

Custom & Personalized Items
Items with a Word In Due Season are final sale, unless the error is on our end (for example, a misspelled name or word). If that happens, email us and we'll make it right at no cost.

How Returns Work
Your return request must be approved before sending anything back. Once approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging, unworn and unused — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Approved returns are issued as store credit or an exchange — a restocking fee of 5% applies. Every situation is a little different since our pieces are handmade — email us and we'll figure out the best path together.

Important: Word In Due Season & Exchanges
Your Word In Due Season is written once, for your first purchase of that item. If you send an item back for an exchange or store credit, we're not able to write a new word for the replacement — the word you received is yours to keep, but a new one isn't issued when an item is exchanged or returned for credit.

What We Can't Accept                                                                                                                  To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage not present at time of delivery. This includes breakage from snagging, pulling, or getting caught on clothing, bags, or other objects — these are accidental damages, not manufacturing defects, and aren't eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.

Restocking & Final Sale
A restocking fee of 5% applies to some returns. Sale items are always final sale. Select other items — including rings — are also final sale; this will always be noted in the product description.

We currently ship within the U.S. only.
