Shipping policy

  • Our typical turnaround time for custom items is 1.5-2 weeks before shipment. (We will try our best to ship it as early as we can).
  • Once shipped, tracking is sent via email and should arrive within 2-5 days.
  • Our standard shipping is USPS First Class and is free for orders over $75
  • Please note, that we are not responsible for USPS delays. If your package is lost, please get in touch with us and we will guide you through the next steps to receive your package.
  • Rush orders are available for an additional $4 Per bracelet plus expedited shipping costs. Please contact us to inquire about rush order availability.
